- Milk500 ml
- Sugar9 tablespoon
- Take half of the milk and put it in a bowl to let the bread soak for about 30 minutes. Beat the bread, egg, condensed milk, the rest of the milk and 4 tablespoons of sugar in the blender until a homogeneous b mixture is obtained. Take the remaining 5 tablespoons of sugar to caramelize a round pudding pan. Place the mixture in the caramelized form and cook in a bain-marie for 30 or 40 min. Let cool and unmold.
