- Sugar2 cup
- Milk3 cup
- Cut the bread into small pieces, add the milk and set aside.
- Then melt a cup of sugar with a little water until the syrup forms.
- Beat the breads with the milk in the blender, then pour it into the forms.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place on the fire in a bain-marie.
- Leave for about 10 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and wait to cool, if it gets a little soft, put it in the fridge for a few minutes before unmolding.
