- After the sugar is completely melted, add water little by little, stirring constantly. Leave it on the fire for another 2 minutes and our broth is ready.

- Then caramelize a pudding mold with the syrup. And add the blender mixture to the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in a bain-marie for 30 to 40 minutes or until the pudding is consistent.
