- Soak the buns in 1 cup of milk until softened. Soak the raisins in ½ cup of milk until they swell. Beat the eggs, the softened breads, the milk without the raisins, the butter and the sugar in a blender. Remove this mixture from the blender and in another container add the raisins, orange zest and cinnamon. Caramelize a shape and place the mixture. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar before placing in the oven in a bain-marie for approximately 40 minutes.
