- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Stale bread2 unit(s)
- Milk (same measure as condensed milk)1 can(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- * syrup * in a pan over low heat, melt the sugar until golden, add 1/4 of water and let it boil, wait for it to reduce a little.
- Pour the syrup into the medium size pudding mold.
- In the blender, first beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk for about 5 minutes. Add the bread and beat for another 5 minutes.
- Put what was beaten in the blender in the form of pudding with the syrup. Cover with aluminum foil, place to make the bain-marie on low heat for about 45 minutes.
- Check the point of the pudding with a toothpick, if it's good, remove it and wait for it to cool and then take it to freeze for about 2 hours.
