- Large eggs3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil or coconut oil1/2 cup
- Brown Sugar1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Small banana2 unit(s)
- Diced apple1 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Chopped walnuts1 cup
- Raisins1 cup
- Nuts to decorate the bread to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- In a blender, beat the bananas, diced apple, oil, eggs and brown sugar until smooth.
- In a bowl add the flour, baking powder and baking soda
- Add the beaten mixture and mix well until smooth.
- Dip the raisins in the flour so they don't sink into the bread.
- Add the floured raisins to the dough and the chopped walnuts and mix well.
- Unite a form of English cake with little butter and flour
- Put the dough in the mold and decorate with nuts to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Serve with butter and sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste đ€€đđ
