- Sifted gems3 unit(s)
- Chopped white chocolate30 g
- Vanilla paste1 tablespoon
- For Topping: Refined sugar (approximately)200 g
- Place all the ingredients in the pan except the vanilla paste and bring to the fire until it releases from the bottom, then remove from the heat and add the paste if necessary, return to the heat until it starts again.
- Let it cool to roll the cookies.
- Brigadier Coverage: Make the balls pass in the refined sugar, take it to the freezer for 10 minutes and then use the blowtorch to burn the sugar on top.
- Tip: If you don't have the culinary torch, don't be sad, you can do it with a spoon, heat it on the stove flame and put it lightly on top of the sugar to have a similar effect.
