- chopped white chocolate150 g
- unsalted butter75 g
- corn200 g
- Shredded Coconut and cinnamon to sprinkle the sweets to taste
- Yellow crystal sugar for sprinkling the sweets to taste
- In a blender add the corn and Heavy cream and beat until smooth.
- Transfer the sifted corn to a pan and add the condensed milk, chopped white chocolate and butter. Bring to medium heat.
- Take to the low fire, always stirring, until you degrade from the bottom of the pan (about 10 minutes) or until large bubbles form.
- Add the brigadeiro to a container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
- Roll up the sweeties and pass through crystal sugar or cinnamon with coconut. Serve in paper cups.
