- Margarine1 tablespoon
- confetti1 to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In a pan put the condensed milk, margarine and toddy.
- Stir until it thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and mix.
- Pour into cups and decorate with sprinkles.
