Condensed milk1 can(s)
Fractionated semisweet chocolate100 g
Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
Sour cream200 g
Chocolate powder (33% or 50%)1/2 cup
Corn starch2 tablespoon
liquid milk1 cup

Add the condensed milk along with the cream and mix well.
Put the chocolate in bar (fractionated) and then sieved chocolate powder and mix again.
Add the milk and mix, then add the butter or margarine and bring to a low heat and stir until it comes away from the bottom and becomes thick.
Place in a bowl and cover with foil or cling film and let cool.
