- Granule200 g
- Put the condensed milk, the chocolate powder and the butter in a pan, bring it to the fire, and let the brigadeiro cook until it starts to release from the bottom of the pan. Stir all the time.
- Add the cream, mix, and turn off the heat.
- In a refractory, make a layer of brigadeiro and another of cookies. Repeat the process until you reach the surface. The last layer should be brigadier.
- Sprinkle with the granulated chocolate and take the pavé to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- If you wish, you can substitute the brigadeiro for a white cream. Capriche in the preparation and enjoy!
