- 100% cocoa60 g
- roasted peanuts1 cup
- Put half a cup of sugar in a pan and let it melt until it becomes caramel.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter and mix.
- Pour 1 can of condensed milk little by little and mix until creamy.
- Lastly, add a third of a cup of 100% cocoa and 1 cup of roasted peanuts and stir until they come off the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and stir for another 1 minute.
- Transfer to a container, cover with plastic film in contact with the candy and let it cool.
- Roll up, roll in powdered sugar and serve.
- Use plastic film in contact with the candy: While the candy cools down, it's important to put a plastic film in contact so as not to create a skin.
