- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Fractionated chocolate bar300 g
- Ice cream cone5 unit(s)
- Colored sprinkles to decorate to taste
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until you get a creamy/soft brigadeiro point.
- Reverse and wait for it to cool.
- Melt the chocolate bar in a bain-marie or microwave.
- Pass the melted chocolate in the cone two layers inside and out.
- Wait for the chocolate to dry and place the brigadeiro inside the cone and cover with the melted chocolate, finally, decorate with sprinkles or as you wish.
