- Butter1 tablespoon

- In the pan, add the condensed milk, the cream, the chocolate powder and the butter.
- Mix and turn on low heat.
- Cook until it reaches the point of brigadeiro when it comes off the pan
- Transfer to a plate and cover with plastic wrap and wait to cool down.
- After it has cooled down, make several balls of pass in the sprinkles yields 30 brigadeiros of 13g each
