- Sour cream400 g
- Chocolate powder 50%4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- After melting, put it in the egg shape and put it in the fridge to harden.
- In the meantime, let's make the filling.
- In a pan put the condensed milk, milk cream, chocolate powder and margarine.
- With the fire low, keep stirring until you get a brigadier point. It takes an average of 10 minutes.
- Then place the stuffing in the fridge to cool well.
- Then take the chocolate out of the mold and add the filling after it has cooled and decorate as you wish.
