- Semi-sweet or milk chocolate bar500 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate or chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave if you prefer.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the truffle molds, but leave a little to seal the truffles at the end.
- Make 2 layers of chocolate and put it in the fridge.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, cream, chocolate or chocolate powder and the margarine.
- On low heat, stir until it becomes a creamy brigadeiro. Don't let it curl up.
- Place in the fridge to cool completely and get even more consistency.
- Once cooled, place the filling in the truffle molds that already contain the chocolate and then seal the truffles with the remaining melted chocolate.
- Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden the chocolate. Carefully unmold and the truffles are ready.
