- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter100 g

- Sugar1/2 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- liquid milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Butter (Brigadier topping)1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chocolate sprinkles50 g
- Nescau1 cup
- In a mixer, beat the butter, eggs, sugar and Chocolate Powder until smooth.
- Turn off the mixer, add the milk, flour, yeast and mix well.
- Place in a round shape with a central hole (23 cm in diameter) greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour, and take it to the medium-high oven (180°C), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold

- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the Nescau and the butter.
- Mix well and take to medium fire, for about 8 minutes or until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well.
- Wait for it to cool and make a layer of brigadeiro all around the cake and the rest put it in the central hole, so that it drains slightly.
- Decorate with sprinkles
- Ready, now it's time to taste!!
