- Sour cream1/3 cup
- Milk1/3 cup

- Refined sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- Confectioner's sugar2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Creamy Guava1/3 cup
- Thousand fruits cheese ice cream100 g
- First, make the cream for the French Toast. In a bowl, place the fresh cream, milk, egg and caster sugar, mix well with the help of a whisk until smooth. Add the Brioche slice to the egg and sour cream mixture for approximately 3 min on each side of the slice or until the pal is wet.
- In a Teflon skillet, place the butter and brown the brioche over low heat on both sides. Remove and roll in cinnamon and sugar and serve with creamy guava paste and a scoop of cheese ice cream.
