- I started by cooking the rice with the water, in the pressure cooker, as soon as I get pressure, count 3 minutes and turn off.
- Add 1 liter of milk, put the sugar in a pan and melt it to the point of caramel, as soon as it melts well and there is no lump, add it inside the rice, stir well and add another 1 liter of milk.
- Then put the rest of the ingredients one by one, and let it thicken, stirring from time to time for 10 to 15 minutes, put cinnamon or cloves inside if you like.
