- Place the chopped semisweet chocolate and butter in a bowl. Put it in the microwave to melt In another container add granulated sugar and brown sugar, stirring until combined, do not beat too much. Add the melted chocolate with the butter to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring until incorporated. Add the sifted wheat flour and cocoa, the chestnuts, a pinch of salt and the vanilla extract, mixing until homogenized. Pour the dough into a 20X30 cm shape lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes. Let it cool and take the fridge for at least 1 hour to then cut. Serve with ice cream or crème anglaise.
