- Preheat oven to 180° for 60 minutes
- In a bowl, add the eggs and mix well.
- Add the sifted sugar and stir again
- Put the butter to melt
- Add the sifted chocolate powder and mix well.
- Add the melted butter and mix well
- Finally, add the wheat flour and mix well.
- Place the parchment paper in a mold
- If you want to give your brownie something extra, you can put dark chocolate drops on top of the crust when you put it in the oven.
- Then, put the brownie in the oven and check from time to time how the dough is, if the toothpick or the object you use comes out with a little more hard dough, then it is at the right point.
