Em uma tigela, bata os ovos com o açúcar (não precisa batedeira, pois não deve ter muito ar na massa). Acrescente o chocolate derretido, misture e depois acrescente a baunilha, o cacau e a farinha.

Leve para assar em forma untada com manteiga (20x20cm). Caso queira pode ser assado em pequenas marmitas (neste caso não é necessário untar). Leve para assar em forno a 180°C por 30 minutos ou até começar a formar uma “casca” por cima do brownie. Atenção, não se deve assar demais para que o brownie não perca sua cremosidade característica.
