- Dark chocolate250 g
- Butter4 tablespoon

- Melt the chocolate with the butter.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar (no need for an electric mixer, as there should not be a lot of air in the dough). Add the melted chocolate, mix and then add the vanilla, cocoa and flour.
- Light to bake in a greased shape with butter (20x20cm). If you want it can be baked in small lunchboxes (in this case it is not necessary to grease). Bake in oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until a "shell" begins to form over the brownie. Attention, you shouldn't bake too much so that the brownie doesn't lose its characteristic creaminess.
