- Refined sugar280 g
- Cocoa powder20 g
- Wheat flour230 g
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate and butter.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until pale.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter to the egg mixture.
- Add the cocoa powder and then the flour.
- Take it to a shape covered with parchment paper and optionally finish with pieces of chocolate or chestnuts and take it to the oven for 30 min or until it is baked but still raw inside.
