- Chocolate powder40 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Vanilla essence15 ml
- Beat the eggs together with the sugar until creamy (about 5 minutes)
- In a pan over a bain-marie, mix the butter and chocolate until melted.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cream and continue to beat.
- Add all the ingredients to the mixer and beat for another 10 minutes.
- Put it in a greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 45 minutes.
