- Warm water6 tablespoon
- Wheat flour150 g
- Cocoa75 g
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut oil100 g
- Sunflower oil75 g
- Demerara sugar250 g
- plant milk80 ml
- 70% Chocolate Chips1 cup
- Mix the flaxseed with the warm water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl add the coconut oil, sunflower oil and sugar, mix.
- Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, mix to incorporate.
- Finally, add the milk, flaxseed mixture and chocolate chips.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
