- Dark chocolate180 g
- Chocolate Powder20 g
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate in the microwave. Mix with the sugars. Add the eggs and mix well. Finally, mix the cocoa powder and the flour until smooth. Place in a pan with parchment paper at the bottom (it's easier to unmold).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. Tip the edges are opaque and the center shiny. This makes for a very moist brownie.
