- refined sugar250 g
- Chocolate Powder300 g
- Wheat Flour300 g
- Unsalted butter200 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate250 g
- Parchment paper to taste
- Red and green chocolate confetti to taste
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave and set aside.
- In a mixer beat the eggs with the sugar for about 2 minutes.
- Add the melted chocolate and beat more to mix.
- Add the chocolate powder and continue beating until smooth.
- Finally add the wheat little by little and beat until the dough is very homogeneous.
- Line a large rectangular cake tin with parchment paper and butter the paper.
- Pour the brownie dough inside and spread evenly with the aid of a silicone spatula.
- Distribute the chocolate confetti over the dough as you prefer.
- Take to oven 200ÂșC to bake for about 35-40 minutes. It should bake but be a little moist.
- Wait for it to cool completely and cut the pieces with the help of a cutter or a knife.
