- Semi-sweet chocolate225 g
- unsalted butter60 g
- Sugar160 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour200 g
- Cake Yeast1 teaspoon
- Instant coffee1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 dessert spoon
- Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate60 g
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave (1minute first; remove to mix and then 30sec; remove to mix until melted)
- In another large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until pale.
- Add the coffee essence and the melted chocolate and mix everything well.
- Add the flour to the yeast and incorporate into the mixture; without beating, just mixing well with a spatula until there are no specks of flour.
- Finally add the chocolate chips
- Oven preheated to 180° (preheat when starting the recipe) Place parchment paper on a low roast and with the help of a tablespoon, put the dough (it is very soft) leaving space between each (in the oven they will grow)
- Bake in the oven for about 20'. Until you form a floor in each of them. Be careful not to leave it too long; by the top they are still soft when taking them out of the oven they will harden as they cool.
- Delight is little. Try it. Keep in a tightly closed glass jar 😉
