- Peanut or almond flour75 g
- Cocoa powder above 50% cocoa100 g
- Butter or coconut oil150 g
- Sucralose or Xylitol140 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the butter, sweetener and cocoa powder in a bowl. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix. Add the eggs to the mixture, mixing well until incorporated. The texture should be smooth, with all the sweetener dissolved. Add the almond (or oilseed) flour and beat until completely blended. Grease a small baking dish (21cm x 21cm) with butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is set (must be moist inside). Let cool completely. Unmold the brownies and cut into small pieces. You can replace 70g of almond flour with: 40g of coconut flour, or gluten-free flour mix (30g of rice flour + 40g of potato starch) Stuffing suggestion: peanut butter, diet jelly, unsweetened dulce de leche.
