- Butter or margarine200 g
- Dark chocolate bar180 g
- Place the grated chocolate and butter in a bowl.
- Take it to the microwave and melt in intervals of 15 to 15 seconds, until it melts completely and you get a shiny cream.
- This process can also be done in a water bath.
- In a bowl place the eggs and sugar, and mix well with a fouet to incorporate. You don't need to hit a lot.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix some more.
- Gradually add the chocolate, alternating with the wheat flour, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold (30 cm x 20 cm) greased and lined with butter paper, greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder.
- Bake in preheated medium oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, unmold and cut into squares.
- Wait for it to cool or serve the most wonderful brownie you've ever had!
