- Almond flour180 g
- Erythritol125 g
- Butter80 g
- Powdered milk25 g
- Pistachio Paste (Brand: GUSTOSIA)50 g
- Ruby Chocolate Chip100 g
- Pistachio to taste
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds and add it to the mixture.
- add the eggs
- Add pistachio paste
- mix everything very well
- Lastly, add the ruby chocolate chips to the dough.
- Pour the dough into a mold covered with ASSALIGHT paper (since it is more resistant than parchment paper) I used a mold measuring 21x21 (cm)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes
- Wait to cool and cut
- If you want, you can make a ganache to throw over the Brownie. To do this, just melt the ruby chocolate and add a little cream (the more cream you add, the more liquid your ganache will be)
