- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie, and mix well.
- Mix the sugar with the eggs, then add the warm melted chocolate, and mix well.
- add all dry ingredients, mix slowly and carefully.
- Pour the mixture into a shape greased with cocoa powder, 2.5 cm high. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20min. Then serve with ice cream.
