- Dark chocolate300 g
- Butter300 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Sugar3 cup
- Wheat flour200 g
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche550 g
- Salt to taste
- Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet where the brownie will be baked with parchment paper, grease innovations and sprinkle wheat flour on top
- Chop the chocolate, mix it with the butter and let it melt in bain marie. When everything is melted, mix until the mass is homogeneous. Reserve.
- When the chocolate cools, add a cava eggs, mixing well until they are fully incorporated into the dough. Then add the sugar and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, salt and add the rest of the chocolate in pieces to the melted chocolate.
- Pour half of the chocolate mass into the greased form, spreading evenly with a spatula. Gently place the dulce de leche on top and with A spoon spread to the edges. On top of the dulce de leche, pour the rest of the chocolate mass, spreading well all over the shape.
- Bake in the oven for +- 45 minutes. The brownie should still be slightly damp. Let cool completely, cut and serve.
