- Whole wheat flour1.25 cup
- 100% cocoa powder1/4 cup
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
- Brown sugar3/4 cup
- Butter at room temperature4 tablespoon
- Orange juice1/2 cup
- Clara in Snow2 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence2 teaspoon
- In the mixer, beat the butter with the brown sugar or culinary sweetener.
- Add the egg whites, orange juice and vanilla essence or extract. Hit more.
- Add the flour, cocoa, cinnamon and baking powder and mix gently with a spatula. It may be necessary to knead by hand.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes over medium heat. Keep an eye out, if it goes too long it turns into a fluffy cupcake and loses the brownie texture.
- Top with sugar-free berry jam.
