- Cocoa Powder 50%125 g
- Butter45 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1/4 ml
- Mix all dry ingredients (cocoa, flour, sugar)
- Melt the butter in the microwave without letting it boil.
- Add eggs to dry ingredients
- Add the oil and butter little by little
- Mix with fouet until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Bake over low heat (180°), in a 20cm roast, lined with parchment paper.
- The time varies according to each oven. Do not open the oven for less than 15 minutes, follow the formation of the brownie cone and check the texture of the dough with a toothpick
