- Refined sugar25 g
- Water1 tablespoon
- In a saucepan over medium heat, place the sugar and water, mix the two together and let it begin to bubble.
- Then add the chopped coconut, stirring constantly until caramelized. When you get the caramel color, stir for a few more seconds until you get a "sugar" aspect. Then turn off the heat.
- Remove the burnt coconut from the pan and place it in a place to cool at room temperature.
- Serve immediately.
