- Condensed milk395 g
- Coarse and dry grated coconut100 g
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- In a clean and dry skillet, place the coconut and turn on the heat very low.
- Keep sautéing the skillet every 30 seconds. So that all the coconut browns.
- By the end, it should be browned and crispy. This is the point.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, half the coconut and the butter. Mix everything and take it to low fire until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Place on a plate, after it cools, mold the sweets and pass the other half of the previously reserved burnt coconut.
