- Baked Butter Beans without salt and seasoning1 cup
- Whole Milk Powder or Coconut Milk Powder1 cup
- Crystal sugar1 cup
- Filtered water50 ml
- Chocolate powder or cocoa powder 50%2 tablespoon
- Unsalted butter2 tablespoon
- Sprinkles to decorate to taste
- After cooking the butter beans (50 minutes in a common pan without salt and without seasoning) drain and wait to cool down
- In a food processor, blend the cooked butter beans until smooth and creamy (if necessary, add a little filtered water and continue beating)
- In a pan, place the beaten butter beans, powdered milk, granulated sugar, powdered chocolate, butter and water and mix well until smooth.
- Leave it on a low heat and cook until it reaches the point of a brigadeiro
- Put it in a deep plate and take it to the fridge for about 40 minutes.
- Make the balls and pass the sprinkles
- Ready đ rich in omega 3, antioxidants and protein source đȘ
