- Sugar17 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour6 cup
- Butter450 g
- Strawberry Jam320 g
- Powdered (or powdered) sugar for garnishing to taste
- 1- Mix the wheat flour, sugar, butter and mix 2- With your hands, knead until smooth 3- Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin (or wine bottle)
- 1- With a cutter (the shape you want) cut the cookies 2- With a smaller (format memory) cutter, mark over the cookies (for example, make a smaller circle inside the larger circle)
- 1- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes 2- Take it out and let it cool 3- Stuff the deep part with jelly 4- Sprinkle some icing sugar (or refined) on top 5- Serve :)
