- Cut the peeled cassava in half, remove its thread and grate on the fine part of the grater.
- Squeeze the grated cassava to release all the water.
- Mix with grated coconut, add butter and sugar.
- Make croquette-shaped cookies, place on top of pieces of banana leaf or aluminum foil.
- Bake at 200°C and leave until a brownish crust forms.
