- Raw peanuts in shell500 g
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Nescau. Unit: 1 and 1/2 cup.360 ml
- Coffee OR milk200 ml
- Sugar for sprinkling to taste
- Roast the peanuts in the pan over medium heat for approximately 40 minutes or until they are golden brown. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Let cool.
- Grind the peanuts until they are very fine. I crushed it with the peel.
- Mix the peanuts, sugar and Nescau.
- Add the coffee OR milk little by little (very little so as not to miss the point). Stir until it becomes homogeneous.
- Model by removing the dough with the help of a spoon and rolling it in sugar.
- Note: tasting them separately, you can hardly tell the difference in the flavor of cashews made with coffee and those made with milk, but tasting them together...
- ... we noticed that with coffee the taste of the mixture is more pronounced.
