- Beat the egg whites separately from the yolk and set aside.
- Add the sugar in a bowl and right after the egg yolks, and beat well.
- Put the wheat and milk and water, beat until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the snow whites and beat until they are blended.
- Add the baking powder.
- Grease the mold with plenty of margarine and bake in the oven at 180°.
