- 3 cups of wheat flour420 g
- Refined sugar2 cup
- Cup of oil240 ml
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Warm water11/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Stuffing; 2 semisweet chocolate chips400 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Whipped cream1 unit(s)

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a whitish and voluminous cream.
- Mix the flour and chocolate in a bowl and, in another, the oil and water. Add these ingredients alternately to the previous cream. Whisking constantly until you get a smooth dough. Finally add the yeast and bicarbonate without beating.
- Back the dough to a greased rectangular shape, and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime prepare the filling: Chop the chocolate in a pan along with the cream and butter. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted, and then turn off the heat.
- When the cake is ready, cut it into slices, preferably with a round cutter with the same diameter as the pot. Assemble the cake in the pot, alternating layers of cake and filling, ending with the filling.
- Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions on the package and use as a topping for the pot cake. Decorate with chocolate shavings and a piece of cherry, cover and refrigerate for 1 day.
