- Dough: eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Chocolate powder3 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk to make the cake1 teaspoon
- Grated coconut and chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling1 unit(s)
- Disposable jars15 unit(s)
- Filling and topping: spoon brigadeiro = condensed milk1 can(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- In a mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Add milk and wheat flour mix well and add the chocolate powder.
- Finally add the baking powder.
- Mix well and pour over a greased rectangular shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until cooked.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool, cut the cake in half and set aside.
- Spoon Brigadeiro Filling:
- In a pan put the condensed milk, butter and chocolate.
- Mix well and take it to the oven on low, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and add the cream, mixing well. Let cool and set aside.
- Mounting Cut slices that fit in the package. Inside the package, put a little stuffing (your preference) and a slice of cake, soak with coconut milk, add the stuffing, and another slice of cake soak and put spoon brigadeiro.
- Finally sprinkle with the coconut or chocolate sprinkles. Cover the package and put it in the fridge.
