- lemon juice75 ml
- vegetable oil1/4 cup
- organic wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- cups of sugar + 1 cup for topping1/2 cup
- yeast1/2 teaspoon
- chocolate1 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- butter50 g
- In a blender, beat the beets, eggs, lemon juice and oil. Reserve.
- In a bowl, sift the flour and mix the sugar and yeast.
- Add the beaten beetroot with the dry ones and mix well.
- Place in cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix the sugar, chocolate, milk and butter in a pan over low heat and, when it boils, stir for a minute and turn off the heat.
- Pour the syrup over the cake and serve.
