- Prepare the cream: Put all the ingredients in the pan and bring to the fire without stopping stirring, until it thickens. Let it cool and add the cream. (Cover the cream with the plastic film touching the film against the cream, thus avoiding creating a film.
- Prepare the dough: In a bowl add all the dough ingredients and mix with your fingertips to form a crumb.
- Grease a 30 x 20 cm baking dish and place a layer of farofa to cover it, but reserve part to cover, (1/3)
- Cover the dough with the cold cream, and sprinkle the rest of the dough over the cream, sprinkling. It doesn't have to be uniform.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden.
- It can be served warm or cold. Cut and sprinkle to taste
