- Milk, 2 and a half cups0 cup
- Wheat Flour, 1 ½ cups0 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Caramel Melt 1 cup of sugar for the caramel Caramelize the bottom and sides of a mold (with a central hole) and set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the margarine with the sugar (1 cup) and the eggs (3 units). Add the flour, chocolate, milk (1/2 cup), and yeast. Put the dough in the prepared form with the caramel.
- PUDDING: beat the condensed milk, the milk (2 cups) and the 3 eggs in the blender. Slowly pour over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven in a bain-marie for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry. Let cool and put in the fridge. Unmold ice cream.
