- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar3 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Banana4 unit(s)
- Milk200 ml
- Separate the white from the yolk and beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Beat the yolks, 1 cup of sugar and the margarine and beat until pale.
- Add the wheat flour, vanilla essence and milk and beat for 10 minutes.
- Add the chemical yeast and the snow whites and stir lightly and reserve the dough.
- Put the 2 cups of sugar in a pan and heat over low heat until melted.
- In a removable background form, grease with oil and flour and place the bananas cut into strips.
- Pour the caramelized sugar syrup over the banana and then place the dough on top of the syrup.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
- After taking it out of the oven, remove the bottom of the form
- Enjoy your cake with banana syrup!
