- DOUGH: Wheat flour1 cup

- Coconut milk200 ml
- Whole milk300 ml
- Powdered milk1/2 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Grated Fresh Coconut2 tablespoon
- I mixed the dough ingredients with a whisk, lastly I added the yeast, poured the dough into a greased and floured mold and baked in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- In a pan I put all the chopped pineapple, two spoons of sugar and cooked for 15 minutes.
- In another pan I put the ingredients of the stuffing and in low fire I stirred well for 20 minutes until it was in a brigadeiro point.
- I mixed the pineapple into the stuffing. I unmolded the cake and cut it in half, wet the first part of the cake with a mixture of milk and sugar and spread all the stuffing over it, covered it with the second part of the cake and wet it with the mixture. I took the cake to the fridge.
- I removed the cake from the fridge and covered it with some of the stuffing I had reserved, decorated it with grated coconut and kisses.
